The rooms here are modern, well-designed, with a balcony, air conditioning, and lots of natural light.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a busy area, just next door to the Plaza Mayor and countless shops and restaurants and city center and Oldest Restaurant In the World which is still a fine place to eat. The staff were constantly excellent and hospitable.

The location is awesome and easy to get to from the metro station. The staff is obliging. There is air conditioning and complimentary WiFi in the room. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The view from the window of the city is beautiful. it was a great stay with nothing to complain about.

The venue is impeccably clean, with wonderful location very close to the smaller square and restaurants below, the major square, very popular, especially on the weekends and the three main museums as well as the Plaza de Paja.

The room had a lovely balcony, and the cleanliness throughout the place was exceptional, and it was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

The room we stayed in was pretty clean. We had a queen-size room that had a trendy design and offered a lovely view. the food served was fantastic, and the drinks were served hot, just the way we like them.

The hotel was spotless with free Wi-Fi. The staff were great in the whole property. The location was marvellous and brilliant for walking around a huge plaza. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a great area. Everything met expectation, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great location! You can easily walk to Plaza Mayor, as well as the Sol and Opera Metro stations. The old city center is also just a short stroll away from here. 🚶

The hotel was immaculately clean. Our room was fashionable and tidy. We enjoyed the pretty balcony in our room. The accommodation had a central setting right in the heart of Madrid, just off the smaller square and close to restaurants, supermarkets, Plaza Mayor, and Puerto del Sol.

The hotel's central location was fantastic, and I had a pleasant 2-night stay in the same room. The convenience of being able to easily reach the airport from the hotel was great. We also had a fantastic experience dining at Tragatapas nearby.
